Our Fitness Facility is located in the sunny Algarve at the beautiful town of Luz. It is a huge covered outdoor training facility with sea view situated outside the center of Luz. Our partner restaurant is located very near of the fitness facility, accommodation on site, activities and beaches are all within walking distance.

Our fitness experience is the perfect holiday for anyone travelling solo and wanting to meet new friends or for groups wanting to have a fitness holiday with their friends. We combine training, massage, healthy food, hikes and surfing to give you a fun and complete health and wellness experience.
