I’m a UK qualified fitness instructor, offering a variety of classes to accommodate different levels of fitness and age.

I currently teach in Alvor Communiry Centre and Yellow Hotel Alvor, during weekday mornings.

Classes in the Community centre are located in the large hall upstairs.
